Soy Vegetarian Chicken with Fruit Sauce recipe
Soy Vegetarian Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of soy vegetarian chicken.
- 2 tablespoon grinded Sarawak black pepper
- 3 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients for fruit sauce:
- 1 riped tomato - chopped
- 1 orange without skin - chopped
- 1/2 ripe mango - chopped
- Some corriander leaves
- Some mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all the fruit ingredients and chill in the refrigerator.
- Marinate soy vegetarian chicken with salt,pepper and breadcrumbs. Fry in fire with light fire till golden in colour.
- Finally mix together all the other Ingredients for fruit sauce and serve it with the soy vegetarian chicken.
Suggestion:
Replace the soy vegetarian chicken with other soy vegetarian meats.
