Fruit Trifle
Main Ingredients
- 500 gm butter cake
- 1 tablespoon of 2 types of fruit flavouring essence
- 2 cans of mix fuit in syrup
- 2 types of jelly flavour different than fruit flavouring essence
Custard Ingredients
- 200 ml full cream milk
- 1 tablespoon custard powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
- Cut the butter cake into pieces and arange them neatly in a bowl. Arrange 1 can of mix fruit on top of the cake. Cook the jelly as per instruction on the packet and pour it on top of the mix fruit. Add on the 2 types of fruit flavouring essence on top of it.
- Then spread custard on top of it. Finally pour the next flavour of jelly and arrange the last can of mix fruit on top.
Suggestion:
Can assemble trifle in layers or mix them. In addition can mix fruit can be substituted with fresh fruits.
